Get ready to discover the wonders of the world underground! This trip takes us to the longest cave system in the entire world at Mammoth Cave National Park, where we’ll explore the beginnings of the caverns that stretch for hundreds of miles. With guided tours from the park rangers, we will venture into several different areas of this cave system that are commonly used by visitors of the park. Above ground, we’ll hike through rolling green hills and forests, enjoying Kentucky’s natural beauty and learning about the local animals. To kick off the trip, we’ll also do a short stop at Great Smoky Mountains National Park, setting the stage for a week full of fun in the outdoors!
