The Appalachian Mountains are calling, and we’re answering with two weeks of incredible exploration! Our journey begins in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most visited national park in the whole National Park System, where misty ridges, waterfalls, and wildlife await. Next, we’ll head underground into the world’s longest cave system at Mammoth Cave National Park — a true labyrinth beneath our feet. For a splash of adrenaline, we’ll go white water rafting in New River Gorge National Park, a thrilling adventure in America’s newest national park. We’ll end the trip in Shenandoah National Park, taking on the famous Old Rag hike, where panoramic mountain views reward our climb. By the end of this journey, the Appalachian Mountains will be like an old friend you know inside and out.
